Who we are
OSON CV (osoncv.uz) is an online CV builder operated by [legal entity name, address, tax ID]. Contact us at privacy@osoncv.uz.
What we collect
The content you put in your CVs (name, contacts, photo, work history and anything else you type). For accounts: your name, email or phone number, a password hash, and the identifier Google or Telegram gives us when you sign in with them. Technical data: IP address and request logs kept for security, and a record of each PDF or Word download (time, format, IP).
Why we use it
Only to provide the service: to save your CVs, show them to you, turn them into PDF and Word files, keep your account secure and answer you. We do not sell or share your data, we do not use advertising trackers, and our analytics are self-hosted and cookie-free.
Public links
If you turn on a public link for a CV, anyone with that link can see that CV — its text and photo — until you turn the link off; the page is hidden from search engines. Your account details are never shown. Guest CVs can't be shared.
Cookies
We use only necessary cookies: a guest identifier (oson_anon) so your CVs stay with this browser, a session cookie (oson_rt) and a hint cookie (oson_auth) when you sign in, a short-lived sign-in nonce, and your language choice (oson_locale).
How long we keep it
Account data and CVs: until you delete them or your account. Guest CVs: deleted automatically 60 days after the last edit. Server logs: 14 days. Export records: as long as the CV exists.
Where it is stored
On servers in the Republic of Uzbekistan, in line with the Law "On Personal Data" (ZRU-547). Backups are encrypted and kept with a storage provider in Uzbekistan.
Your rights
You can view and edit everything in the editor, download your CV, and delete any CV or your whole account at any time — deletion removes CVs, photos and sessions permanently. For any other request, write to privacy@osoncv.uz.
Children
OSON CV is meant for people aged 16 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users by email.
